Who we are

Nomadec is an independent online store selling accessories and gear for dogs, shipping to customers across Canada. The best way to reach us is by email at contact@nomadecstore.com. We answer within 2 business days.

Using this site

You must be of legal age in your province or territory to place an order. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and not to copy or reuse our product photography, descriptions or branding without written permission.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can and only publish specifications our suppliers have confirmed. Where a detail is not confirmed, we leave it out rather than guess. Colours can appear differently from one screen to another, and measurements may vary slightly between production runs. Product images are illustrative.

Our products are pet accessories, not medical or veterinary devices. Nothing we publish is intended as veterinary advice. If your dog has a health concern, speak with a veterinarian.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. The price displayed is the total you pay — no tax is added at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unexpectedly unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Safe use

Please use our products as intended and supervise your dog when using any new accessory. Decorative items are not designed to bear weight or restraint and must never be used to walk, tether or restrain an animal.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.
