Shipping

Where we ship

We ship across Canada, to every province and territory. We do not currently ship outside Canada.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 10 to 20 business days, so most orders arrive within 3 to 4 weeks of being placed.

We'd rather tell you this upfront than surprise you after checkout. Our products ship directly from our international fulfilment partners, which is what lets us keep prices well below the pet-store equivalent. The tradeoff is that delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. If you need something urgently, this may not be the right fit.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to start showing updates after it's issued — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Orders with several items

If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.

What you pay

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. No tax is added at checkout and there are no handling or service fees.

Your order ships from outside Canada. Import charges are not normally applied to parcels of this value, but if a carrier ever asks you for a duty or brokerage fee on delivery, keep the receipt and email us — we'll reimburse you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours at contact@nomadecstore.com and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at contact@nomadecstore.com. We'll trace it and either resend your order or refund you in full.
